Summit 4x4 Terms of Service

1. General Terms

  • By purchasing a product from Summit 4x4, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • Summit 4x4 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

2. Product Availability and Orders

  • All products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and provide an estimated restock date or refund.
  • Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is received in full.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods accepted include online card payments & bank transfers 
  • Summit 4x4 reserves the right to change product prices without notice. Pricing at the time of purchase will apply.

4. Shipping and Collection

  • Shipping and collection terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
  • Customers are responsible for collecting items promptly from the designated Mainfreight depot or arranging local pickup from Napier.

5. Returns and Warranty

  • Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition unless covered by warranty claims.
  • Summit 4x4 warranties do not cover:
    • Mold, mildew, discoloration, or damage caused by moisture.
    • Damage caused by high winds, storms, or other environmental factors.
    • Normal wear and tear or improper use.
    • Items with any Modification
    • Natural breakdown of material over extended time. 
  • Customers must follow proper care and maintenance guidelines for warranty eligibility.

6. Liability

  • Summit 4x4 is not responsible for:
    • Any damage caused during improper installation or use of the product.
    • Incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • In the unlikely event of product failure under warranty, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
